Hurricane Ophelia needs no reviving

This is the NOAA satelitte infared image of Hurricane Ophelia. This storm is so slow moving and large that it has led to rain all over Eastern North Carolina and Coastal South Carolina all day. And Ophelia has decided she likes the Carolinas and is going to spend a few days at the beach. Look at how far spread the winds and rains are in this picture. All the way up to Washington DC! and almost into West Virginia!
