Ok, so I was totally looking forward to the end of So you think you can dance? cause this is like the final danceoff show or something. Then, halfway into it the cable goes out! oh the horror!

I was sad about the team that was eliminated, because I liked them a lot. And I think I don't really like the family edition al that much...so much squabbling....

Vacation

With all the doom and gloom with the hurricanes, I thought I would add a light post to Circletime. I went to the east coast earlier this month on vacation and had a great time visiting friends in DC and in Maryland. Overall a great six days spent exploring. This photo was taken on a small river in Delaware alongside a trail where I hiked with Laura, a friend who I met in Italy a few years back.

Hurricane Ophelia needs no reviving

This is the NOAA satelitte infared image of Hurricane Ophelia. This storm is so slow moving and large that it has led to rain all over Eastern North Carolina and Coastal South Carolina all day. And Ophelia has decided she likes the Carolinas and is going to spend a few days at the beach. Look at how far spread the winds and rains are in this picture. All the way up to Washington DC! and almost into West Virginia!

Labor day plans

What are your Labor Day Weekend plans?
I have a few small things here and there, but other than that, I'm not sure what my goals are. I am however, working on personalizing and updating my really old, never really used, modblog.
