Inspired by Vox...
So, after reading Kristi's newest blog, I was intrigued and amused by her answers to the questions of the day. I thought that maybe we could do something like that here, since that one time we did that blog post of facts about ourselves was fun and interesting.
I'll pick our first question, since it was my (lame?/cool? remains to be seen...) idea.
Question:
If you could choose a super-power, what would it be?

This question was inspired by a workshop that I went to about getting teens interested in reading. The presenter said that when she asked this to adults and kids she got totally different answers.
For me, it's a toss up between two: flight, and reading people's minds. Flight would be awesome, because really, who doesn't want to fly? and just think about all that saved gas money! and i could go visit you guys and all my various friends around the world at the drop of a hat, no worrying about liquids in my carry on.
Reading peoples' minds would be nice for my job -- no more reference interviews, because you'd already know what type of information the person was looking for. i think this one would have to come with an on/off switch. do you really want to know what someone else is thinking at all times?
Oh, it was like, adults almost always wished for useful things for a reason. whereas kids wanted to breath fire. which is also probably useful. but it's more awesome.
telekinesis would be cool. or be a Force-adept. :-D Or the ability to be awake all the time, but I'm not so sure of it. There's something too vampire-esque (read: Blade) about it.
Good timing with the question (not so good timing with my response, being a week late and all), but it's really interesting to see how Heroes on NBC will turn out. So far I reallly like it.
