Weddings
So I went to my friend Kara's wedding here today. It was a beautiful ceremony and a happy event. I did however, realize how awkward I am at interacting with strangers and people I don't see very often.
Anyway, this got me thinking. What's your favorite part of a wedding? The ceremony? The fashion? The food? The dancing? Please share.

the bubbly beverage! and I like wearing my monkey suit too, since I have no other occassion to wear it. and the combination of a suit and delicious food always seems to make a permanent home in my memory cells.
it was a very pretty wedding, thanks for asking. The bride's father has some sort of degenerative disease, but he felt well enough to walk her down to aisle and do a short father-daughter dance, which was very sweet.
I like the cake and the bubbly too (though, only the bride and groom had bubbly on Saturday, I think.) Though I also liked looking at the wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses
This is a good question. I think I like the fashions a lot at the wedding. And I like the special touches that each couple adds to make it personal to them -- difference in the ceremony or special things at the reception.
I agree with Ayelet that usually the cakes are very pretty, but not always so tasty. And i like the dancing.
I also like the hopefullness of weddings over all, and the way family and friends get together to celebrate that.
I don't really like the bouquet toss or the garter throw. My competitive spirit doesn't come out then, and it just makes those people who have to go up and do it self concious.
Oh! i also really like all the paper products involved in weddings. and the pictures you get there.
